What are my shipping options?
We offer both standard and express delivery:
- Standard
Following credit card authorization and verification of information, you will receive your order within approximately
1 to 7 business days.
- Express
If you need something right away, we can ship it to you overnight at an additional charge. All overnight deliveries are handled by
United Parcel Service and may require a signature for delivery. This service is available to US continental addresses only.

- Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
- We cannot guarantee overnight orders placed after 12 noon ET for next day delivery.
- United Parcel Service deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- United States Postal Service deliveries occur Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.

For special weekend delivery options, please select option with
additional fees added.
Does Actively Yours ship to international addresses?
At this time, we are unable to accept or ship international orders.

Packages sent to Hawaii or Alaska and P.R. can not be sent via UPS Ground.
Air shipping (Blue label or Red label) is necessary. Or by U.S.P.S.
When will my credit card account be charged?
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
You will receive two e-mails after you have placed your order and provided us with a valid e-mail address:
- The first confirms that your order has been received;this e-mail should arrive within approximately 1 hour or less.
- The second confirms that your order has been shipped (any tracking information will be included); this e-mail should arrive shortly after your package has been shipped from our warehouse.
How do I track my order?
Find the, UPS, or USPS tracking number in the email we sent you confirming that your order has been shipped. Use that number at our website www.activelyyours.com/upsonline.html , to check the status of your order online. It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the U.P.S. and or United States Postal Service web site.
What if an item I've ordered is out of stock?
Although we make every effort to maintain stock and satisfy our customers, occasionally we are out of certain items. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will e-mail you with a back order notification, which tells when you can expect to receive the item. If we are permanently out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail or phone. Any changes will be reflected in your order total and shipping confirmation. Please call 1.877.405.1162 during normal business hours with any questions about out-of-stock items.
